DGS Lands Aviation Deal
Law Week Colorado reporter Hannah Garcia profiled the DGS Aviation Group and partner Al Givray while covering a deal the team closed. DGS acted as lead counsel for the seller in its disposition of the FARNAIR Group of companies to Dublin, Ireland-based ASL Aviation Group Limited. The transaction spanned nine countries and the DGS team conducted the two-day closing in Zurich and Basel, Switzerland, with support from local counsel.
