Andrew Garnett

Andrew Garnett is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice focuses on a variety of commercial litigation, including product liability, premises liability, breach of contract, fraud, and catastrophic injury. He advises clients on discovery, witness preparation, depositions, motions, and trial strategy. Mr. Garnett has successfully handled cases before state and federal courts and tried over 50 trials.

Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Garnett worked as a trial associate at a boutique litigation firm in Denver. During that period, he litigated cases across the nation involving a variety of business, insurance, and product liability matters.

Mr. Garnett is the co-founder of the Colorado Law Classic, a golf tournament supporting the Sarah L. Rector Memorial Scholarship Fund. He is a current member of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver Leadership Program.
