Cait Stover is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice has an emphasis on complex commercial litigation. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nina Y. Wang of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, where she was responsible for managing a caseload encompassing complex commercial litigation, constitutional and civil rights violations, and labor and employment disputes at all phases of litigation.
Ms. Stover received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal, a teaching fellow for legal writing and torts courses, and a research assistant. Ms. Stover complemented her studies with various professional experiences, including as a summer associate at DGS. She also served as a public service fellow at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she developed a CLE-approved “Appellate Update” seminar to present to attorneys general.
Prior to law school, Ms. Stover worked as a marketing specialist in the investment industry. She holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and attended Humboldt State University on a full-tuition athletic scholarship for NCAA women’s basketball. Outside of work, Ms. Stover enjoys outdoor sports, sharing adventures with her family, and hiking in the Pacific Northwest when she visits her home state of Washington.
