Cornelia Szymanski is not admitted to practice in Colorado, but her practice is pending admission. Ms. Szymanski is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on public companies, corporate governance and capital markets, including public and private securities offerings. She has experience advising public companies, including foreign private issuers, on the SEC reporting and stock exchange requirements.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Szymanski was an associate in the Capital Markets Group in the New York office of a financial services law firm. Ms. Szymanski received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S. from The College of New Jersey. During law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Seton Hall Law Review and participated in the Leadership Fellows Program.
