Crystal Maguire is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Virginia, she is not admitted in Colorado. Ms. Maguire is of counsel at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Ms. Maguire’s practice focuses on the aviation industry, where she counsels clients in complex commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
Ms. Maguire has contributed to numerous aviation trade publications and is the author of Aviation Week & Space Technology’s InsideMRO safety and regulatory column.
Ms. Maguire currently serves as executive director of the Aviation Technician Education Council, a trade association that promotes and supports aviation maintenance technician education. She also serves as the vice president of operations for the Aerospace Maintenance Council, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about aviation maintenance technician careers.
Prior to working at DGS, Ms. Maguire spent 12 years at a boutique firm based in Alexandria, Virginia, where she counseled companies on aviation maintenance regulatory compliance. There, she also held various positions with association client organizations, including vice president of operations for the Aeronautical Repair Station Association and director of government affairs and Washington counsel for the Associated Equipment Distributors.
