Elise Reecer is associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, white collar investigations and business litigation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Reecer is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Women’s Bar Association, where she is a member of the Legal Services Committee. She is an active member of the Faculty of Federal Advocates and currently serves on the FFA Lawyer Development Committee. She is a former member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court. Internally, Ms. Reecer is a member of DGS’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Reecer was a litigation associate in Nashville, Tennessee. During law school, she served as a student advocate at the Criminal Law Clinic at Vanderbilt University Law School and as a law clerk with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Reecer also held internships with the State of Tennessee, the Department of the Treasury, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
