Emily Mendoza

Associate

Emily Mendoza is an associate in the Trial Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice has an emphasis on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining DGS, she was a law clerk for Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Ms. Mendoza received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, she served as the Senior Forum Editor for the Denver Law Review, a teaching assistant for property law, and a student representative for the Colorado Supreme Court’s Well-Being Task Force. Ms. Mendoza was also an intern with Lockheed Martin Corporation and a summer associate at DGS. In 2016, she received her B.A. from the University of Montana, where she competed in NCAA Division I track and field.

Prior to law school, Ms. Mendoza worked as an advocate with the Student Advocacy Resource Center in Missoula, Montana, and completed her social work practicum with a children’s advocacy organization in Cape Town, South Africa.
