Hannah Williams

Hannah Williams is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Williams received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her BBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business. During law school, Ms. Williams was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christopher Zenisek of Colorado’s 1st Judicial District and a summer associate at DGS. She also interned at Arrow Electronics, Crow Legal, and RNS Capital Partners. Prior to law school, Ms. Williams was a recruiting director for Spectrum Search Partners, an executive search firm specializing in private equity backed companies.
