Jessica Dangoia-Crandall

Jessica Dangoia-Crandall is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she assists clients with general corporate matters, real estate matters, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall externed for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr. of the Denver District Court and Senior Administrative Law Judge Edwin Felter, Jr. of the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts. During law school, Ms. Dangoia-Crandall was a summer associate in the DGS Finance & Acquisitions Department. Prior to attending law school, she was a paralegal at a law firm in Jackson, Wyoming.
