Kelsey Johnson is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice has an emphasis on the energy industry.
Ms. Johnson is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Women’s Energy Network. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Johnson serves on the membership committee for the Colorado Ballet’s Backstage Barre.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Johnson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cynthia Mares of the 18th Judicial District in Colorado. She has also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Hegarty of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and as an investigative intern in the Colorado Public Defender’s Office.
During law school, she served as a student attorney for Tulane’s Environmental Law Clinic. She also competed nationally with Tulane Law’s Mock Trial team and served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Program. Ms. Johnson graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School and received Tulane’s “Outstanding Commitment to Service” award for completing over 400 hours of pro bono work. She graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Political Science and Spanish.
