Maria del Rosario Oxman

Maria Oxman is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. She focuses her practice on real estate law and regularly works with investors, developers, and large companies in a variety of real estate matters, including leasing, hospitality, and the development of multi-use projects. Her bilingual abilities and cultural fluency facilitate her team’s success when representing clients in international developments and cross-border transactions.

Ms. Oxman holds two law degrees and is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Guatemala. While earning her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she interned at the Colorado Supreme Court and the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender.

Ms. Oxman serves as a member of the board of directors of MAIA. Additionally, she is a current member of the National Hispanic Bar Association and previously served on the board of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. Her dedication to the legal and broader communities extends to other areas. Ms. Oxman is a member of the 2020 Urban Land Institute Development 360 Leadership Program. Additionally, she was selected to be a participant in the 2019 class of the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program.

Since 2021, Ms. Oxman was named among the “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers, an annual guide by publisher Woodward/White Inc. In recognition of her achievements and potential, she has also been included as one of Colorado’s “Up and Coming Lawyers” for 2019 by Law Week Colorado.
