Nick Eaton

Associate

Nick Eaton is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where his practice focuses on white-collar crime and commercial litigation. Before joining DGS, Mr. Eaton served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nina Y. Wang of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Eaton managed a caseload encompassing complex commercial litigation, constitutional and civil rights violations, and labor and employment disputes, at all phases of litigation.

Mr. Eaton currently serves as DGS’ University of Colorado Law School alumni ambassador. He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association.

Mr. Eaton attended the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Colorado Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Eaton participated in the Natural Resources Clinic, assisting legal counsel for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe in matters relating to toxic torts on the Reservation, and represented Colorado juveniles as a legal intern for the Colorado Juvenile Defender Center. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Eaton worked for a Denver non-profit organization. His work aimed to provide senior citizens with their lifelong wishes, including organizing bi-annual trips to Washington, D.C. for World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans to visit the memorials erected in their honor or throwing out the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game. Outside of work, Mr. Eaton enjoys hiking, spending time with his family, and eating blue crab when visiting his home state of Maryland.
