Rachael Lechner

Rachael Lechner an attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice has an emphasis on assisting oil and gas clients with the legal questions that arise in their day-to-day operations; corporate transactions; oil, gas, and mineral title examination; the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions; and quiet title actions. Ms. Lechner’s title work is primarily focused in Colorado and Wyoming.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Lechner was senior counsel at a boutique oil and gas law firm in Denver. She also has recent private practice experience representing clients in a variety of industries, including energy, fast food, hospitality, banking and financial services, and construction. Before attending law school, Ms. Lechner served as a financial analyst for three different Denver-based companies, two of which are Fortune 300 companies.

Ms. Lechner is member of the board of directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Rocky Mountain Chapter. She currently serves on the Law School Programming Committee for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, as a mentor in Colorado Oil and Gas Association’s Energy Generation Leadership Program (EnGen) class, and as Member-At-Large of the Energy and Natural Resources Section of the Wyoming Bar Association. She is a member of the 2014 Colorado Oil and Gas Association’s EnGen class. She is also an active member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and the Women’s Energy Network.
