Sterling LeBoeuf and Rick Lee have joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Mr. LeBoeuf and Mr. Lee both specialize in labor and employment law.
In addition to his labor and employment practice, Mr. LeBoeuf also has experience defending high-exposure products liability and insurance coverage disputes. Before joining DGS, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lewis T. Babcock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and was a litigation associate in the Denver office of a large national firm. During law school, he was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where he drafted petitions for certiorari and merits briefs filed with the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. LeBoeuf received his B.A. from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Before joining DGS, Mr. Lee served as law clerk to the Honorable Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court and to the Honorable Ann B. Frick of the Second Judicial District in Denver, Colorado. During law school, he interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and for then-Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Lee received his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
