DENVER - October 2, 2015 - Jonathan Goldstein has joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department and Mike Kotlarczyk has joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as associates.
Mr. Goldstein's practice focuses on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law disclosures and compliance. Before joining DGS, he served as a law clerk to Judge Daniel M. Taubman of the Colorado Court of Appeals where he collaborated on over 50 appellate decisions, including 15 published opinions. Mr. Goldstein received his J.D. from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law where he was inducted into the Order of St. Ives honorary society. He received his B.A., graduating cum laude, from Colorado College. He also received a M.S. in political economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Kotlarczyk has represented clients in litigation against fiduciaries, capital markets litigation, insurance disputes, attorney discipline matters, and a wide range of business torts and contract disputes. He has represented a diverse array of clients including individuals, small businesses, insurance guaranty associations, special deputy receivers, National Football League franchises, and a Fortune 50 insurance company. Mr. Kotlarczyk has also worked on numerous appeals and has argued in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D., graduating magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A., graduating summa cum laude, from Drake University.
