Will Myer has joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department and Tarn Udall has joined the Natural Resources Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.
Will Myer’s practice focuses on corporate and business law including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining DGS, Mr. Myer served as a law clerk to Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court. Before law school, Mr. Myer worked as a lender for a commercial bank in Denver. He received his B.S. from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
Tarn Udall’s practice focuses on natural resources and environmental law. Prior to joining DGS, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Brooke Jackson on the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Before law school, Ms. Udall worked as a wilderness instructor for the Colorado Outward Bound School, as a program associate for El Pomar Foundation, and as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Tim Johnson. She received her B.A. from Colorado College and her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
