DENVER - June 1, 2016 - Ericka Houck Englert, Tess Hand-Bender, and Michelle Steinfeld have joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Ms. Englert joins the firm as of counsel and Ms. Hand-Bender and Ms. Steinfeld as associates.
Ms. Englert is an experienced trial attorney and business litigator. She advises clients and litigates in the areas of commercial business disputes, including oil and gas, energy, real estate, financial disputes, and criminal/white collar defense. She received her A.B. from Dartmouth and her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. Ms. Englert is admitted to practice in California and Colorado.
Ms. Hand-Bender focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She has represented clients from a variety of industries at all stages of litigation and confidential arbitration, from initiation of proceedings through trial and appeal. Ms. Hand-Bender has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract and business tort matters. She received her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from Berkeley Law. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Steinfeld was a litigation and white collar associate at a large international firm in Washington, D.C. Ms. Steinfeld received her B.A. from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is not admitted in Colorado but her application for admission is pending.
