The recent “bump up” to serious for the Denver/North Front Range Nonattainment Area will mean that numerous facilities are now considered Major Sources under the Clean Air Act. This has serious impacts for a variety of industries, including digital printing, foam manufacturing, and asphalt roof manufacturing, to name a few. This webinar will focus on strategies, requirements, timelines, and implications associated with Title V and NSR Major Source permitting in Colorado. It will also address the increased enforcement and citizen suit litigation risks associated with operating a Major Source facility under the Clean Air Act.
