Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Habib Nasrullah has joined the firm as a partner in the Trial Department after serving as a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and private practitioner. At DGS, he will draw on his combined experience to help clients resolve significant investigation, litigation, and enforcement challenges.

Mr. Nasrullah’s clients include Fortune 100 and other leading companies. He conducts internal investigations in the U.S. and internationally and counsels individual and corporate clients on a variety of federal and state compliance issues in the health care, technology, aviation, and financial institution sectors. Mr. Nasrullah has substantial experience in federal and state courts across the U.S. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and before numerous federal courts.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and serves as the College’s Vice-Chair of the Federal Rules of Evidence Committee. Mr. Nasrullah is a founder of and advisor to the Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology and is member of the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the International Bar Association. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in International Relations, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
