DENVER - JANUARY 27, 2015 - Jennifer Allen has joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Ms. Allen's practice focuses on commercial litigation, antitrust and appellate matters, and risk management and insurance litigation.
Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Allen was a litigation associate at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. She has represented companies in defending against allegations of antitrust violations and assisted various corporations in gaining clearance of transactions through the Hart-Scott-Rodino process. She has also represented a Fortune 500 company in insurance coverage litigation and a multinational corporation in mass tort lawsuits brought by foreign nationals and U.S. nationals under the Alien Tort Statute and Anti-Terrorism Act.
Ms. Allen received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and earned her B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. She is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and Virginia. She is not admitted in Colorado but her application for admission is pending.
