  • Apollo Gold Corporation, a gold mining company involved in extraction, processing, and refining, in its $8.58 million private placement.
  • Bohemian Investments LLC in its $10 million private placement.
  • A venture capital firm that identified and completed numerous investments in high growth technology companies across the energy spectrum.
  • Channel Intelligence, Inc., a provider of e-commerce solutions, in a $40 million equity investment by Internet Capital Group.
  • eWise Group Inc., an online payment technology company, in its restructuring and $14 million venture capital finance transaction led by Wellington Partners.
  • Friday Health Plans, a technology-enabled health plan in the individual health insurance market, in multiple rounds of venture capital financing transactions, including its $50 million financing with Peloton Equity and Leadenhall Capital Partners.
  • Foundry Group, a venture capital firm focused on investments technology companies and venture capital fund managers, in follow-on investments across its portfolio.
  • Invidi Technologies Corporation, a leader in advanced advertising technologies. Transactions include:
    • Approximately $30 million Series C preferred stock financing led by GroupM Worldwide, Inc., the media buying subsidiary of WPP Group USA Inc., one of the worldโ€™s largest media advertising companies, and Motorola, Inc.
    • Approximately $60 million Series A, B, and C preferred stock financings, which included investors Menlo Ventures, EnerTech Capital, and InterWest Partners.
  • ALD NanoSolutions, Inc. an atomic layer deposition company, in its Series Seed financing.
  • TermScout, a provider of contract ratings and review services, in its Series Seed financing.
  • Wattles Capital Management, LLC in its $3.5 million Series B venture capital investment with registration rights and option to purchase Series C.
  • Affiliates of Windpoint Partners, Bain Capital, and Stolberg Equity Partners in a $15 million pre-IPO investment in Eschelon Telecom, facilities-based communications services provider. Representation of the private equity firms in Eschelonโ€™s IPO.
