Kate Phillips

Kate Phillips is responsible for the firm’s financial systems, reporting and analysis functions, as well as managing the billing department. She works closely with the DGS CFO and Executive Committee to understand and improve the firm’s financial performance, efficiency, and profitability. In addition, she assists the accounting team in managing the day-to-day financial operations. Ms. Phillips has worked in law firm management for more than 20 years and received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
