Penelope A. Scudder

Penelope Scudder is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where her practice focuses on employment and labor law. Before joining DGS, Ms. Scudder was an associate with a New Jersey labor firm, where she represented employees and unions in employee discipline and discharge arbitrations, defended clients against harassment and discrimination claims, and counseled clients on ERISA matters.

She received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University; The Dickinson School of Law in 2016. She was the managing editor for the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs, was inducted into the Woolsack Legal Honor Society, and received the Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, as well as the Outstanding Clinical Student Award from the Clinical Legal Education Association.
