Rob McCary

Rob McCary is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. His practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters.

Mr. McCary received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as managing editor of the Colorado Law Review. Prior to joining DGS, Mr. McCary interned with Judge John L. Kane at the U.S. District Court of Colorado and with the in-house legal team at Level 3 Communications.

Before pursuing a career as an attorney, Mr. McCary served as Backcountry Program Director at the TVRC Education Foundation, a nonprofit summer camp in Jackson, Wyoming.

Mr. McCary is a member of the Colorado Bar Association as well as the William E. Doyle Inn of Court.
