DGS Adds Two New Lawyers

DENVER - August 21, 2014 - Jacqueline V. Roeder and Emily L. Wasserman have joined the Trial Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as associates.

Ms. Roeder focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation, including securities litigation, securities-related enforcement matters, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Before joining DGS, she practiced with a large national firm in New York, where she specialized in complex securities litigation and white collar criminal defense. Ms. Roeder received her A.B. with high honors from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Wasserman served as a law clerk to Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court. She earned her B.A. from Williams College and her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was the executive editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Ms. Wasserman also interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office and for Chief Justice Michael L. Bender of the Colorado Supreme Court during law school.
